The recording of all presentations, including keynotes, quick bites, and workshops, will be made available to registered attendees for general viewing on the event OnAir platform for 6 months after the completion of the event. They will be password protected.
Please contact us if these details are not correct.
Consenting to have your presentation published will not affect your ownership rights. The event committee or Conference Design will not acquire the ownership rights of your presentation should you agree for it to be included in the proceedings.
Creative Commons (http://creativecommons.org/) is an organisation that provides a standard licence that we will attach to the presentation. We feel the most sensible protection for the presentation is the “Attribution, Non-commercial, No Derivatives (by-nc-nd)” license. This licence allows people to download your presentation and share it with others, as long as they give you credit, but they can’t change the presentation in any way or use it commercially.
For more information about this licence, you can read a plain language summary and view the full license at http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/.
By agreeing for us to attach this Creative Commons licence to the presentation, the presentation will be covered by the terms of this licence. The Event also agrees to use and distribute the presentation under the terms of this licence.
This agreement doesn’t prevent you giving the same or similar talk somewhere else or using the presentation yourself.
Please ensure you have permission to use the images, music or other content within your presentation.
If you do not have copyright permission, we will not be able to publish your presentation. Do not include any images copied from the internet. Getty Images and other image agencies crawl the internet looking for images that have been copied without the appropriate licences.
Publication of Slides with Audio and/or Video
Presentations will be published as a video file showing your slides and synchronised audio and video.
